San Cristobal & Santa Cruz 5 Days Itineraries

Day 1: Arrival in San Cristóbal – Cerro Tijeretas & La Lobería Beach
Arrive at San Cristóbal Airport and transfer to your hotel. Visit Cerro Tijeretas to observe magnificent frigatebirds and learn about their behaviors. Explore La Lobería Beach, home to sea lions, marine iguanas, and birds. Snorkel or relax on this peaceful coral sand beach. Return to your hotel for rest.
Day 2: Interpretation Center & Mann Beach
Visit the Interpretation Center to learn about the Galápagos Islands’ history, ecosystems, and conservation. Relax at Mann Beach, where you can snorkel, kayak, or sunbathe on white sands. End the day with stunning sunset views and breathtaking photos.
Day 3: Transfer to Santa Cruz – Charles Darwin Station & Bay Tour
Take a ferry to Santa Cruz Island and check into your hotel. Visit the Charles Darwin Research Station to explore conservation efforts for giant tortoises and iguanas. Embark on a Bay Tour by yacht, swimming with sea lions at La Lobería and observing marine life at Shark Channel and Iguana Beach. End the day snorkeling at Las Grietas or relaxing at Playa de los Alemanes.
Day 4: Tortuga Bay & Upper Santa Cruz
Walk 45 minutes along a scenic trail to Tortuga Bay, ranked among the top 25 beaches in the world. Enjoy the white sand beach, swim in the calm waters, and spot wildlife such as marine iguanas, sea turtles, and a variety of birds.

Explore the Upper Part of Santa Cruz, home to approximately 8,000 giant tortoises. Tour the lava tunnels, majestic geological formations created by ancient lava flows, and visit the twin craters (Los Gemelos).
Day 5: Transfer to Baltra Airport
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

At the designated time, transfer to Baltra Airport for your flight back to mainland Ecuador (Quito or Guayaquil).
